How do the self-managed payment gateways work?
If you have your own PayFast, Yoco, or Stripe account, we link it directly to your event. Funds go straight to you! You only pay us a R499 setup fee per event and the R4 per ticket generated.
When do I get paid if I use your managed gateway?
To protect against fraud and refunds, we typically initiate payouts 48-72 hours after your event has successfully concluded. Funds are deposited directly into your nominated bank account.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can sell?
Absolutely not! Whether you're hosting an intimate workshop for 20 people or a massive festival for 20,000, our cloud-based infrastructure scales automatically to handle the load.
How does the ticket scanning work at the door?
We provide a free, easy-to-use mobile app. You and your staff can log in and use your smartphone cameras to scan QR codes on the tickets. It works in real-time to prevent duplicate entries!
Can I customize my event page?
Yes! You can add your own banners, logos, descriptions, and custom questions for your attendees (like dietary requirements or T-shirt sizes) during checkout.
Do you offer reserved seating charts?
Yes, we do! Since our background is in custom enterprise solutions, our seat-mapping technology is incredibly robust. Contact us to get a custom venue map digitized.
Are the tickets mobile-friendly?
100%. Attendees can download a PDF, add it to their Apple/Google Wallet, or simply show the QR code directly from their email inbox.
Can I offer discount or promo codes?
