1. Platform Overview

Ticket Ninja is a technology platform that enables event organisers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events. Ticket Ninja does not organise, host, manage, supervise, or control any events listed on the platform.

2. Organiser Responsibility

All events are the sole responsibility of the organiser. By using Ticket Ninja, you confirm that you have the legal authority to host the event and that all event information provided is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

3. Event Approval

All events submitted to Ticket Ninja are subject to review and approval. Ticket Ninja reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any event at its sole discretion.

4. Payments & Payouts

Ticket Ninja may process payments on behalf of organisers. Payouts may be delayed or withheld where fraud, disputes, or compliance issues are suspected.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

The organiser is solely responsible for handling event cancellations, postponements, and refunds. Ticket Ninja is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of event changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Ticket Ninja shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from attendance at or participation in an event.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticket Ninja from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform or your event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.


Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information

Ticket Ninja collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This includes information required to create accounts, manage events, and process ticket sales.

2. Use of Information

Personal information is used solely for the purpose of operating the platform, processing payments, communicating with users, and complying with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

Ticket Ninja does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with payment processors, service providers, or authorities where legally required.

4. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. User Responsibilities

Organisers are responsible for complying with POPIA when handling ticket buyer information. Ticket Ninja is not responsible for organiser misuse of personal data.

6. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil operational and legal requirements.
